Dr. Friedman is a pediatrician practicing in pediatric neurology with 25 years experience in private practice and at Mackenzie Health Hospital. Dr. Friedman obtained his Medical degree from the University of Ottawa Medical School. He did his pediatric residency and pursued additional training in pediatric neurology at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto. He is on the faculty of the University of Toronto Medical School. Dr. Friedman is the former Medical Director of the Woman & Child Program and Chief of Pediatrics at Mackenzie Health Hospital.
Dr. Friedman is a specialist in pediatric headache and has a Certificate of Added Qualification in Headache Medicine from the National Headache Foundation. He is a member of the American Headache Society and the National Headache Foundation. He has written peer reviewed articles and is a reviewer for the Journal of Pediatrics & Child Health.
